Diogo Pinheiro Dos Rei - BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU CHAMPION

Birth Date: March 20th, 2002
Country of Origin: Manaus, Brazil
Jiu Jitsu Lineage: DreamArt Academy
Weight: 127 lbs.

Reis is a world-renowned BJJ athlete who started out young. At age 10, he had his first encounter with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu through his brother who was training in a professional academy under the guidance of Alexandre Oliveira.

The inspiration led to Reis practicing himself, as coach Alexandre gave him a free membership to join the class.

This decision proved to be worth it for Reis. He earned all further belts till he reached black belt during his tenure at Melqui Galvao’s academy. Today, he represents the Manaus branch of the Dream Art academy.

Reis earned his reputation as one of the main grapplers of his generation while competing in the juvenile and colored belt divisions of the sport, where he earned all of the top 4 international tournaments – known as the Grand Slam of Jiu-Jitsu – the European Open, Brazilian Nationals, Pan and World Championships.
